What's our country coming to when the YOUTH MINISTER...................decides to blame a rape victim that the cause of the sexual assault was her fault........seriously. This young girl was brutally attacked raped and then killed but according to the minister we should let the perpetrator go....
How did this ignoramus ninny get elected.......
To paraphrase him they should look at what she was wearing......if it was...in his opinion SLUTTY then the rapist should be freed...................
What sort of world are we in when a rape victim isn't protected...............even by the law and parliament representatives chosen................I think he should be fired or should resign......
....This shows he has sympathy for the rapist and doesn't support women's rights and values. I f i were related or connected to this Minister i would be ashamed annoyed and disgusted by him.

It's this satirical nature of the politicians and leaders in countries that make the nations lag behind......for instance that's why some men who are unfortunately also victims or rape do not step forward because of fear of being humiliated and seen as a prior in society when they too are victims.
I would want ad appreciate people to revise their sardonic characteristics and consider the situation for the seriousness it is.......that would be TREATING A VICTIM AS A VICTIM AND A CRIMINAL AS A CRIMINAL and not confusing the two.
